Duties
- Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols tailored to each client’s needs, focusing on skill development and behavior intervention strategies.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure effective therapy delivery.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
- Support clients during sessions by applying skill acquisition programs in ABA, promoting communication, social skills, and daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
- Communicate regularly with clients’ families and caregivers to provide updates, education, and guidance on behavioral health strategies.
- Assist with intake procedures for new clients and participate in team meetings to coordinate care plans effectively.
Skills
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or other neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles, including behavior intervention techniques and skill acquisition programs.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and analyzing behavioral data to track progress accurately.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance related to patient records.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to engage children in therapeutic activities positively and effectively.
- Ability to perform behavioral assessments, support behavioral health initiatives, and implement behavior intervention plans confidently.
- Effective client communication skills to foster trust, understanding, and collaboration with clients and their families.

Pay: $20.00 - $70.00 per hour
