Summary:
Provides direct supervision, to staff on both the STH and WRH campus under the direction of the Manager, Patient Access Services. Interviews and recommends selection of new personnel. Directs, guides, evaluates, counsels, disciplines, and if necessary, recommends dismissal of staff. Ensures that all patient interactions meet federal and state compliance requirements. Oversees two 24hour ERS and two registration locations. Serves as on-call manager for system wide Patient Access once a month.

Formal Education Required:
- Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Education or closely related field, or the equivalent in training and experience.

Experience & Training Required:
- Two (2) years experience in healthcare registration, hospital/physician billing, and Patient Accounting or Customer Service field which has provided increasingly responsible experience and leadership skills.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members when determining offers. Please keep in mind that the range that is listed is the full base salary range. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical.
