This is a seasonal position running now through Oct/Nov (weather depending). We're looking for people available to start ASAP!

General Duties:
- Understanding and execution of processes used for log home restoration (staining, chinking, caulking, masking, etc)
- Operating all necessary equipment safely and efficiently (paint sprayers, pressure washers, scaffolding, chink pumps, chainsaws, sanders, power tools, etc)
- Set up, utilize, move, and take down ladders of various sizes, including extension ladders
- Safely and responsibly operate company trucks with bumper pull trailers
- Utilize project management software proficiently
- Responsible for equipment care, maintenance, and organization
Physical Demands:
- Lifting and carrying 50 lbs. routinely, occasionally >50lbs.
- Working at heights above 10 feet, including from extension ladders
- Some periods of overhead work
- Standing for extended periods
- Bending, crouching, kneeling, grasping regularly throughout the day
- Ability to work in a full range of environmental elements; temperatures have ranged from approximately 10 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
