SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire.

Must have a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation to travel to and from restaurant locations and for any other operational needs.

Must be willing to submit and pass a background check.

Work Authorization - United States.

Must have a minimum of 2 years of proven General Manager experience in a full service, high volume restaurant.

Solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work as a TEAM with management staff and hourly team members.

A LITTLE INFO ABOUT THE JOB:
The General Manager (GM) is ultimately accountable for developing a strong restaurant leadership team to ensure the achievement of profitable sales and financial results, operational excellence, customer and team member retention and business growth through personal, people and business leadership that is grounded in our Core Values.
Here are a few examples of what the General Manager (GM) is responsible for:

Overseeing all operations at the restaurant location.

Having the ability to lead a high volume, food focused restaurant through detailed knowledge of Company systems, standards, guest hospitality, team management, and leadership.

Excelling in a positive culture driven environment with the highest level of operating standards.

Promoting a fun and welcoming work environment through positive reinforcement and teamwork.

Motivating, coaching, teaching, developing, and inspiring all team members to provide each guest with a GREAT dining experience.

Building sales and maximizing financial success through local store marketing, controlled inventory and labor costs.
OTHER JOB DUTIES:

Ensures proper staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing and hiring talented team members following Company guidelines.

Creates daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and labor plans based on business performance.

Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and labor projections based on business performance.

Meets restaurant financial objectives by preparing strategic and annual forecasts and budgets while also analyzing variances and monitoring financial controls.

Recognizes accomplishments and creates a performance-based workplace by working with LSMs to develop and implementation of marketing, advertising, public and community relations programs.
