We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients recovering from illness, injury, or managing chronic conditions. This role supports patients in regaining independence and improving their quality of life in the comfort of their own home.
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician orders.
Deliver therapy services in accordance with the treatment plan using evidence-based practices.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication techniques and strategies to support progress and participation in daily life.
Document patient progress, treatments, and responses in compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship applicants welcome
Current state licensure or eligibility (required)
Prior experience in a hospital or medical setting is a plus
Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Competitive salary - $49.00 to $58.00/hour depending on experience.
