Bright Behavior Therapy is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and adaptable Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

Implement and oversee the delivery of evidence-based ABA therapy programs.

Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians and other staff members.

Regularly assess and monitor client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.

Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and provide support in training and program development.
Qualifications:

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.

Strong clinical expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior management techniques.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently while also being an effective collaborator within a team.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
