Summary: Experienced in managing Blow Mold and Fusion/Assembly Equipment with proficiency in operating Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC and a variety of robotic systems. Skilled in maintaining hydraulic/pneumatic systems, MES system operation, and overseeing routine maintenance/preventive maintenance. Strong abilities in spare parts management and problem-solving to identify and address quality/equipment issues effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)
1. Blow Mold, Fusion/Assembly Equipment
2. Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC, Fanuc/ABB/OTC/NACHI Robots
3. Hydraulic/Pneumatic Systems, 24V Control Power, Utilities (Chillers, Compressors, Dust Collectors)
4. MES System Operation
5. Routine Maintenance/Preventive Maintenance/Regular Inspections/Closure Inspections, Planning/Implementation
6. Spare Parts Management
7. Ability to identify issues in case of quality/equipment problems, derive causes, and establish countermeasures

Education and/or Experience:
Associate's degree (A.A.) from two-year college or university, or at least 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay: From $61,000.00 per year
