They're looking for a Senior Tax Accountant who enjoys public accounting but wants more than preparing returns forever. The plan is to develop this person into a Manager, with a clear route to bigger responsibilities as the firm continues to grow.
You'll work with small and mid sized businesses, high net worth individuals and plenty of real estate clients, preparing and reviewing returns while building relationships with clients
Busy season is around 50 to 55 hours in February and around 55 to 60 hours through March and April. Outside of that, you'll generally be working a normal 40 hour week.
This isn't the biggest firm in town, and that's exactly the point.
