What you'll be doing:
- Providing a luxury customer service experience to every guest
- Performing high-quality lash and brow services in accordance with salon protocols and hygiene standards
- Educating guests on aftercare procedures and recommend appropriate products to support their beauty goals
- Managing reservations, guest records, and service details using salon software
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a seamless workflow and supportive team environment
- Promoting retail products and salon services to enhance the overall guest experience
Qualifications:
- Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist
- Excellent communication skills
