About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Ag Drainage Technician to join our team. This position involves installing and maintaining agricultural drainage systems to improve field performance and soil management. The ideal candidate enjoys outdoor work, operating equipment, and being part of a hardworking crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain farm drainage tile systems
- Assist with excavation and tiling equipment
- Assist with excavating, pipe installation, and site cleanup
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good condition
Qualifications:
- Experience in agriculture, construction, or drainage preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic mechanical and equipment operation skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
