Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! This role involves assisting customers with product selection, managing orders, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. If you love celebrations, have an eye for design, and enjoy working in a creative environment, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting personalized products
- Maintain store organization and product displays
- Assist with light inventory management and restocking
- Support in preparing and packaging custom orders
Qualifications:
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with computers and order management systems
- A passion for parties, stationery, or design is a plus!
