We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the operations of our community. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment for residents while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the property. This is a role that requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Duties:
- Responsible for all aspects of the community
- Supervise the the onsite management team, including: leasing, maintenance, housekeeping and compliance employees
-Oversee property tours and assist prospective residents with the application process
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless transition for residents
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Promote community rules and regulations to maintain a safe and harmonious living environment
- In collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor, direct the property maintenance, including scheduling repairs and inspections
- Maintain accurate records of resident information, lease agreements, and work orders
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery
- Assist with budgeting and financial management of the property
Experience:
- At least three (3) years of property management experience and two (2) of those in affordable housing
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to property management
- Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
