We're looking for a leader who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, solves complex problems, and takes ownership from start to finish.
What You'll Own
- Lead & Empower: Supervise, coach, and inspire a team responsible for delivering 1,200–1,500 weekly service hours while creating a culture of accountability, initiative, and excellence. A culture were our caregiving team feel inspired and included, that starts with you!
- Optimize & Innovate: Build efficient, client-centered schedules that ensure continuity of care, maximize caregiver engagement, and proactively identify opportunities to improve operations.
- Be the Go-To Leader: Participate in our leadership on-call rotation to confidently resolve staffing challenges, client concerns, and unexpected situations with sound judgment and urgency.
- Recruit & Onboard: Identify exceptional talent, conduct interviews, and create an outstanding onboarding experience that sets new team members up for success.
- Collaborate & Strategize: Partner with clinical and office teams to anticipate staffing needs, solve operational challenges, and align resources with exceptional client care.
- Take Initiative & Drive Results: Work independently, anticipate problems before they arise, make confident decisions, and follow through until every issue is fully resolved. We value leaders who don't wait to be asked—they step up, take ownership, and continuously look for ways to improve.

What You Bring
- Scheduling Savvy: At least 2 years of experience in home care, healthcare, or similar service-oriented medical business.
- Care Experience: Background in direct care or caregiving is a strong plus.
- Leadership Presence: Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Puzzle-Passion: An analytical mindset that loves turning chaotic variables into calm, workable schedules.
- Persistence: You would not want to leave the job undone—period.
- On-Call Flexibility: Ready to step in when emergencies strike.
