We are looking for a motivated and efficient Warehouse Order Selector to join our fulfillment team. In this role, you will focus on fast-paced order picking and processing. No forklift experience is required. You will primarily operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) and use an RF scanner to accurately build pallets and prepare orders for shipment.

- Pay: $18.00 per hour (Increases to $19.00 per hour upon permanent conversion)
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Accurately select, pick, and palletize products based on customer orders.
EPJ Operation: Safely operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to transport goods throughout the warehouse.
RF Scanning: Use an RF scanner gun to scan product barcodes, verify inventory counts, and track items.
Pallet Building: Wrap, stack, and secure finished pallets to ensure stable and damage-free transport.
Flexibility: Work productively through daily volume fluctuations, staying until all daily orders are fulfilled.
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
- Experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) is required; forklift certification is not required.
- Experience utilizing RF scanners for inventory tracking.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout an 8–10 hour shift.
- Reliability to handle a flexible daily end time based on business needs.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
