First 60-Day Performance Bonus
Earn up to $2,000 in bonuses during your first 60 days:
- $1,000 bonus after your first 4 weeks when you achieve 20 net sales
- Additional $1,000 bonus after the following 4 weeks when you achieve 30 net sales
Example earnings:
- Sell 20 accounts in your first month and earn approximately $4,250
- Sell 30 accounts in your second month and earn approximately $5,875
Compensation
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Starting commission rate: 25%
- Commission percentage increases as your cumulative sales increase throughout the season
- Weekly upfront pay on serviced accounts
- Additional commission payouts following account retention and quality review
Top first-year rookie earnings at Rumble Pest Solutions: $97,000 in one season.
There is no income cap. The harder and smarter you work, the more you earn.
What You'll Do
- Sell residential pest control services door-to-door
- Build rapport with homeowners
- Learn and apply proven sales systems
- Handle objections and overcome rejection
- Track your performance and improve daily
- Represent Rumble Pest Solutions professionally in the community

Schedule & Expectations
This is a demanding opportunity for people who want above-average results.
Typical schedule:
- Training meeting every morning at 9:00 AM
- Travel to sales territory with the team
- Door knocking throughout the day
- Late lunch break
- Return to the doors until dark
- Monday through Saturday
- Sundays off
During peak season, 12+ hour days are common when training, travel, meetings, and sales time are combined.
