GLC Group is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an 12-16-week Long-Term Care (LTC) travel assignment in Wellsville, New York. This opportunity offers consistent evening shifts, guaranteed hours, and competitive weekly pay.
Assignment Details
- Shift: 6P-6A
- Schedule: Every other weekend required
- Duration: 12-16 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 34.50 hrs/week
Compensation
- Travel Pay: $19/hr (taxable) + $1,050 weekly stipend
- Overtime Rate: $63/hr
- Estimated Weekly Gross: $1,705.50

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document patient conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
Requirements
- Must have current and active license in NY
- Must have 1–2 years RECENT LTC experience
- Must have valid BLS/CPR certification
- COVID vaccine or approved exemption letter required
- Recent PPD and Physical exam within the last 12 months
Pay: $1,706.00 per week
