We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team, You will oversee the housekeeping staff to ensure that our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will be vital in creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance levels.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Develop schedules for housekeeping staff to optimize efficiency and coverage.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly.
- Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment used in housekeeping.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills for interacting with guests and staff alike.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
