Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Area Manager to lead installation operations across the Tampa, FL market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, takes ownership of projects, and can successfully manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, and customer relationships while delivering high-quality installations on time and within scope.
The Area Manager plays a critical role in ensuring every project is completed accurately, efficiently, and to company standards. This position combines field leadership, quality control, problem-solving, installer coaching, and customer communication.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple installation projects from start to finish
- Ensure all assigned jobs are completed on time and in full (DIFOT standards)
- Lead and support installation crews and subcontractors in the field
- Conduct site inspections before installation to confirm job readiness
- Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with scope of work
- Troubleshoot field issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed
- Build strong working relationships with superintendents, construction managers, and customers
- Enforce all safety standards, including PPE compliance on job sites
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in construction or field operations preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Hands-on problem solver with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
