Responsibilities:
Conduct guided tours of facility
Provide detailed and engaging information about the location and its significance
Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants throughout the tour
Answer questions and provide assistance to tour participants
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
Utilize effective communication skills to engage with tour participants
Will also help in retail store with assisting customers and processing payments.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate information to individuals or groups of varying sizes and backgrounds
- Experience in retail sales and cash register experience preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for ticket sales and transactions is a plus
- Ability to upsell additional services or merchandise during tours
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to work Monday through Saturday.
