Position Overview
The Client Success Executive (CSE) is the primary owner of the client relationship and the overall account strategy within the pod. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a cohesive plan that integrates organic, local, and product best practices. The CSE is responsible for leading all strategic client conversations, communicating the performance of organic results for both the website and Google Business Profile. This role ties CAMP's standards to the client's specific goals and maintains the overall account vision.
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
Client Strategy & Communication
- Lead all client communication, including emails, phone calls, and requests, ensuring timely and proactive responses.
- Execute the overall vision for account strategy, aligning it to specific client goals and initiatives.
- Serve as the primary client contact for performance updates, ad changes, next steps, and requests.
- Act as the liaison between clients and external partners like Google and Microsoft.
- Manage client escalations and drive final resolution.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Own custom reporting for assigned accounts and organic results, including narrative, key wins, and risks.
- Review projects and summarize actionable insights for clients.
- Deliver data storytelling around overall CAMP Strategy, GBP, SEO, GA4, and Search Console performance.
Meetings & Cadence
- Lead the bi-monthly meeting cadence for non-Base CAMP accounts and the monthly cadence for Base CAMP accounts.
- Prepare high-value meeting agendas, talking points, and supporting data.
Professional Competencies, Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing, account management, and client services.
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, LSA, and call tracking concepts.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable owning client relationships and leading strategic conversations.
Compensation
Annual salary: $60,000 to $75,000 (Dependent on qualifications)
