Unarmed Security Officer
Location: East Hanover, NJ
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday | 7:00AM to 5:00PM
Pay: $19.50 per hour
St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. (SMSSI) is seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers to provide security services at a client site in Hopewell, NJ. Officers will maintain a safe and secure environment through observation, reporting, patrols, and customer service.

Conduct foot patrols of assigned areas

Monitor and report suspicious activity, hazards, and security concerns

Enforce site policies, procedures, and post orders

Respond to incidents and emergency situations as required

Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
-
Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients
-
Monitor access control and visitor activity as assigned
-
Current New Jersey SORA License required
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to write detailed and accurate reports
-
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
-
Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing
-
Security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience preferred
-
CCURE security software experience preferred
-
Professional appearance and demeanor
-
Strong observation and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
