Available Positions:
Senior Installation Technician
- Minimum 15 years of experience in both installation and service
- Ability to manage and coordinate complex installations up to 250 zones
- Proficiency with major systems: Interlogix, DSC, Ademco, Qolsys, Elk.M1, Alarm.com
- Experience with NVRs (Network Video Recorders) and access control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and leadership capability
Service Technician
- 5–10 years of experience servicing and repairing major alarm panels
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and able to build client rapport
- Bilingual preferred
Apprentice Technician
- Hands-on experience with tools, construction, or mechanical systems
- Eagerness to learn and build a long-term career in the security industry
- Strong work ethic and desire to grow professionally
Requirements (All Positions):
- U.S. Citizen or valid work visa
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in confined spaces (attics/crawlspaces) and at heights
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions
- Clean driving record and background
