Duties
- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate vehicle and close deal while offering additional services
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage pricing strategies effectively to meet company targets while maintaining competitive offers
- Perform merchandising tasks by organizing displays and ensuring the car lot is spotless and welcoming
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, pipe line, leads , and customer interactions
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations and positive experiences
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers
- Experience in sales, customer service, or merchandising is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic math skills for handling pricing, invoices, and calculations accurately
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely during daily operations
- Organizational skills to manage pipeline and schedule customers
