Equipment Service Technician
Location: Indiana
Overview: The Equipment Service Technician will join our specialty service crew and travel to customer locations to perform in-field diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on aggregate equipment and related components and systems. This role requires strong diagnostic abilities, adherence to established service guidelines, and the ability to produce high-quality work safely with minimal supervision.
This role requires a seasoned technician with extensive hands-on experience in the aggregate industry, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to take ownership of each project from start to finish.
Responsibilities:

Perform and supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of crushing, screening, and conveying systems in mining and aggregate operations.

Fabricate, weld, and modify chute work and structural components in the field as needed.

Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to plan and execute work accurately.

Ensure all field work is performed in full compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical and structural issues on aggregate equipment.

Maintain clear and professional communication with supervisors, project managers, and customers regarding project status, challenges, and outcomes.

Promote and uphold high standards of quality, efficiency, and professionalism in all field operations.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience working with aggregate-specific equipment, including conveyors, crushers, screens, and related systems.

Proven ability to lead service crews and manage field operations with minimal supervision.

Strong background in metal fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, and industrial maintenance.

Excellent problem-solving with strong attention to detail.

Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing company safety policies.

Ability to travel regularly to job sites and work in outdoor, industrial environments.

Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred
Pay: $25 -$35 (depending on applicable experience)
