The Asset Protection Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for Burlington business partners and third-party vendors, overseeing incident escalations and providing comprehensive Asset Protection Technology support for stores. This role requires a strong understanding of AP technology, retail store development, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to resolve issues and drive progress. Responsibilities include reviewing technical drawings, developing action plans, and managing a wide range of AP and store development projects—such as new stores, remodels, relocations, refreshes, special initiatives, and closings —while ensuring all activities are well coordinated and aligned with operational needs. This individual is dedicated to identifying, researching, and resolving complex technical problems; maintaining escalation procedures; ensuring service levels are consistently met; and documenting and monitoring issues to achieve timely resolution. Success in this role requires an independent, self-driven professional who can prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic Planning and Leadership
Ensure appropriate coverage for incident management, AP project work, and business initiatives, working with third-party vendors and supplies to achieve SLA.
Partners, as required, with members of a given team or other AP Teams as appropriate to ensure problem resolution is obtained and, if necessary, the root cause is identified.
Education and Qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or appropriate related field preferred
Licenses/Certification/Registration: Technical certifications are not required but preferred.

Compensation Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00
