About the Role
We are a growing, industry-leading automotive recycler seeking a reliable Parts Puller to join our team in New Market, VA. If you have mechanical or body shop experience and a strong focus on quality control, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity with a team that values organization, safety, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
● Safely remove, identify, and organize automotive parts (e.g., drivetrain components, fenders, hoods, deck lids).
● Perform quality control checks on pulled parts to ensure accuracy and proper condition.
● Maintain a clean and safe workspace in a fast-paced environment.
● Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Requirements
● Experience: At least 1 year of mechanical or body shop experience.
● Tools: Must possess and use your own automotive hand tools.
● Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
● Screening: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
● Reliability: Ability to work on-site in New Market, VA.
