Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Float Nurse to join our nursing team on the 7:00 AM-3:00 PM day shift.
As an LPN Float Nurse, you'll support nursing units throughout the facility based on resident and staffing needs. This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys variety, works well with different teams, and is confident providing quality nursing care wherever needed. Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting.

Float between nursing units based on clinical and staffing needs.

Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions.

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

Recognize and communicate changes in resident condition.

Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.

Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.

Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality care.

Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to adapt quickly while working across different nursing units.
