We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Perkasie! This position will maintain and monitor employee files and evaluation schedules, support offices in posting open positions, hiring/firing and other HR related duties. This position also completes and maintains all provider credentialing with insurance payors and facilities.
Prefer 2 years experience in HR duties. Must possess maturity of experience sufficient to thoroughly understand the sensitivity of tasks to morale & how such can be perceived by third parties. Sensitivity to public relations demands of a group medical practice.
We are looking for a goal oriented self-starter who is detail oriented, objective and understands confidentiality. Candidate should also embrace opportunities to learn and enhance current knowledge base.
This positions is full time, 40 hours per week, in-person located in Perkasie, PA. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm.
