Todds Creole Kitchen is seeking candidates for our Sous Chef role to assist the Executive Chef in running and maintaining the kitchen from prep to on-line operating. This is a full-time position for individuals dedicated to their culinary craft and with the want to grow and develop their career.
Duties in this roll include:

Working on food preparation and managing the preparatory crew

Actively working the kitchen line and managing the crew around you

Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and standards

Maintaining staffing pars

Leading efficient closes in the kitchen

Assisting the Executive Chef in any and all needs of the kitchen.

Pay: $40000.00 - $45000.00 / year
