Position Overview:
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our barista/kitchen staff. This role involves preparing drinks, assisting with light kitchen prep, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare boba drinks, milk teas, fruit teas, and specialty beverages
- Cook and prep menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining quality
Qualifications:
- No experience required (training provided), but food service experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Availability for evenings and weekends preferred
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
