United Eagles Financial is hiring sales professionals to join our growing Michigan team. This role is a strong fit for licensed life insurance agents, as well as experienced salespeople from mortgage, real estate, or other fields who want to move into a stable, in-demand industry. We provide the leads, the training, and the support so you can focus on helping clients and closing.
Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with warm, inbound leads - people who have already requested information about life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection. No cold calling.
- Assess each client's needs and recommend appropriate coverage from our portfolio of A-rated carriers.
- Guide clients through the application process and provide excellent customer service.
- Keep accurate records and follow up to build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:
- An active life insurance license, or willingness to obtain one quickly (we guide you through the process).
- Sales, mortgage, real estate, financial services, or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and reliable.
- Located in or able to work within Michigan.
