We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout our restaurant. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff by keeping dining areas, restrooms, kitchen spaces, and other common areas clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, and high-traffic guest areas regularly.

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the restaurant.

Empty trash cans and recycling bins, ensuring proper waste disposal.

Maintain and restock restroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.).

Assist with deep cleaning tasks, including scrubbing surfaces, dusting, and polishing furniture.

Clean kitchen floors and ensure proper disposal of grease and food waste.

Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored properly and safely.

Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.

Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed (changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, etc.).

Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:

Previous custodial or janitorial experience not required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Understanding of cleaning and sanitation standards in a restaurant setting.

Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during shifts.

Availability to work early morning or late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Wage: $15 & up, depending on experience
