Greenway Kia Franklin is hiring a Full Time Receptionist with Clerical Duties!
he Receptionist sets the tone for our dealership by being the welcoming first impression for our guests. We are looking for a mature, consistently reliable, customer service focused receptionist. This position will also complete administrative duties as assigned such as filing, data entry, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greets all guests in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner

Answers incoming telephone calls and greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner.
- Is an outstanding listener and information source.

Helps customers and visitors by interacting with them in a professional, courteous manner and contacting the correct personnel with exceptional customer service.

Communicates with the sales team to direct the flow of customers

Help the Accounting department with clerical duties
Provides administrative assistance as needed

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in a position of similar responsibility (front desk, administrative assistant, high volume reception, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED required

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff

Previous customer service or related experience required

Excellent telephone skills

Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor

Highly professional and dependable

Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
