McHales Inc. is looking for a hardworking and dependable Plumbing Helper to join our plumbing dig crew. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in the plumbing trade. While this is an entry-level position, candidates should have previous construction experience and be able to lay pipe in a trench with minimal to no supervision.Responsibilities
- Assist the plumbing dig crew with underground plumbing projects.
- Lay pipe in trenches independently.
- Load and unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site.
- Safely operate hand and power tools.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
