Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including dietary aide or catering experience.
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and meal preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures essential for maintaining a safe kitchen environment.
- Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment confidently and safely.
