If you’ve done pest control, alarms, solar, or door-to-door sales, you already have the grit, skills, and mindset to crush it here. We’ll show you how to transfer those abilities into the high-income, year-round world of life insurance.

Who We’re Looking For
- Former door-to-door reps or seasonal salespeople who don’t want their income to dip when the season ends.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable individuals.
- Strong communication skills and closer’s mentality.
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a state insurance license (we’ll help with licensing).
Day-to-Day
- Call and present to qualified leads (no cold knocking).
- Educate families on financial protection and security.
- Close sales and earn uncapped commission.
- Grow with a team that rewards effort and results.
