Job Description:
*****MUST BE ENROLLED IN ABA PROGRAM*****
- Treatment planning
- Conduct IOA and fidelity of implementation on staff
- Collect & organize data
- Analyze data & review treatment plans
- Develop and oversee the implementation of ABA programs for consumers
- Communicate with funding sources
- Provide staff trainings
- Provide training and supervision for behavior therapists
- Conduct individualized in-home parent trainings
- Review data & write reports
- Provide training and supervision in the field to behavior therapists
Job Qualifications
- Experience in supervision
- BA/BS
- ABAT
- RBT
- Spanish Speaking ( Preferred not required)

Other Requirements:
- Valid California Driver's License
- Proof of valid car insurance
- Good driving record
- Live Scan background check
- Must be available full time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
