Heavy Civil Construction Scheduler
This is an opportunity to join a leader in Heavy Civil Construction, known for delivering complex projects safely, efficiently, and with integrity. We’re seeking a Corporate Scheduler to join our growing team and play a key role in planning, tracking, and driving project success across a strong pipeline of Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 (and other scheduling tools)
- Work closely with project managers, estimators, and field teams to ensure accurate timelines and resource planning
- Analyze schedule performance, identify critical paths, and forecast project milestones
- Support bid schedules and provide input during preconstruction and execution phases
- Help standardize scheduling practices companywide

What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of scheduling experience in heavy civil or industrial construction
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accountability and teamwork

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
