Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist with site setup, including clearing debris, organizing materials, and preparing work areas for construction activities
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as moving supplies, equipment, and materials around the site
- Support formwork, siding trim construction to ensure precise and durable result
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely for tasks like framing, carpentry, siding, trim work.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute construction plans
- Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe environment for yourself and your team
Experience
- Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar labor-intensive environment is highly preferred
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus but not required
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately
- Basic understanding of various trades such as carpentry (including trim carpentry), framing carpentry application, metal stud framing, restoration work is desirable
- Commitment to adhering to safety standards related to construction site operations.
