About Balance House
Balance House is a social wellness studio in St. Petersburg focused on making wellness part of everyday life. Our space combines sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, a café and lounge, and community events to create an environment centered around health, recovery, and connection.
We’re looking for driven, hardworking, and dependable people who are passionate about health and wellness and genuinely enjoy working with others.
Previous experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, sales, or front desk operations is a plus, but not required. We care most about your attitude, work ethic, reliability, and ability to connect with people.
The Role
As a Front Desk Wellness Associate, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our guests while helping keep the studio clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and checking in guests and operating our POS and booking systems
- Guiding guests through contrast therapy, sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy, including explaining the recommended routine and benefits
- Helping first-time guests feel informed, comfortable, and confident during their experience
- Educating guests about memberships and packages and assisting with sales
- Providing, collecting, and folding towels
- Resetting showers and bathrooms and maintaining clean, organized guest areas
- Keeping floors around the sauna and cold plunge areas clean, dry, and safe
- Monitoring saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy equipment, and other studio areas to ensure everything is operating properly
- Helping maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the studio

- Eager to learn about contrast therapy, red light therapy, and the Balance House approach to wellness
- Comfortable recommending and selling memberships and packages
Compensation
$17/hour + commission on membership and package sales
The commission structure offers a strong opportunity to earn additional income for team members who are motivated and successful at introducing guests to our memberships and packages.
Part-time and full-time positions are available.
