What to Expect
The Reassignment team, part of the Property & Title department, drives seamless solar contract transfers during residential home sales. As a Reassignment Agent, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, buyers, escrow/title companies, and real estate agents — guiding all parties through the transfer process from start to finish. You'll field questions, address concerns, collect required documentation, generate and validate transfer documents, and confirm closing to ensure a smooth account transition.
What You'll Do-
Own and prioritize a high volume of inbound inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels

Deliver a best-in-class customer experience that drives satisfaction and builds trust with all stakeholders

Proactively communicate required actions, milestones, and timelines to all parties to keep transfers on track

Translate complex contract terms and solar fundamentals into clear, accessible language for customer

Apply sound judgment and discretion to evaluate each transfer scenario, balancing customer needs with business risk

Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly performance benchmarks
What You'll Bring-
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or client-services role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail

Proven ability to self-manage, stay organized, and execute in a fast-paced, autonomous environment

A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and cross-functional partners
