The Red Crab in Sterling Heights is currently seeking experienced, high-energy servers to join our growing team! Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently and in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in throughout the meal
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
- Work collaboratively with other servers, kitchen staff, and management
- Clean and reset tables quickly for incoming guests
- Assist with side work and opening/closing duties as needed
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience as a server (at least 1 year preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of seafood and/or Cajun cuisine is a plus
