About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team full time. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly—you’ll be the central point of communication between customers, technicians, and dealers of our homes. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, work orders, and technician assignments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, updates, and follow‑ups
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and service logs
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of services
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to support workflow and customer satisfaction
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and administrative tasks as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email
Qualifications
- Previous experience in service coordination, customer service, or administrative support preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable using scheduling software and basic office applications
- Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
