We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. We have Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem positions available, with both Day and Night shifts to suit your schedule. New Grads are welcome to apply, we will train. We have two convenient locations that you can choose from.

LPN Pay Rate: $30.00 - $34.00/hr
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
As a Staff Nurse, you will provide direct services to our residents and patients, including:
- Administering medications and providing treatments as prescribed.
- Delivering personal care to facilitate continual assessment and evaluation of patient needs.
- Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Coordinating the communication of resident/patient care needs with members of other disciplines to ensure holistic care.
- Identifying and delegating suitable components of care to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs); providing supervision, education, and guidance as necessary.
- Functioning independently with minimal direction from the unit manager; assuming charge and staff nurse responsibilities as assigned.
- Participating actively in nursing quality assurance programs to uphold high standards of care.
What We're Looking For:
- Current, valid NJ LPN License (for LPN positions) or Current, valid NJ RN License (for RN positions).
- Proven ability to provide compassionate and effective direct patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for medication administration, treatment, and record-keeping.
- A commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Reliability and punctuality for assigned shifts.
