Choice Floors has been providing homeowners, contractors, and new construction home builders with quality flooring products for over 40 years. We are seeking a motivated Flooring Sales Representative to operate our Dunkirk showroom.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist retail clients with finding the best flooring, stair, railing, and tile designs for their projects
- Coordinate with our Field Measurement Specialists to visit customers on site to take measurements and produce job quotes
- Present quotes in person to close sales
- Draft contracts and take initial deposit
- Enter new Sales Orders into the RFMS software
- Meet all sales goals and metrics
Work location will be Dunkirk, MD
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales
- Ability to work independently & remain productive
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Background in design and strong knowledge of trends in the Flooring industry preferred
- Excellent listening skills and ability to understand a customers’ needs
- Ability to take initiative to grow in the industry
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18- $20 per hour plus commission
Monday - Saturday, with one day off during the week
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
