Pay Range:
- Local Pay : $55/ Hour on W2
- Travel Pay: Pay Package
Pay Rate on W2 (Hourly) Taxable: $24
Pay Rate on W2 (Weekly) Taxable: $900.00

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Urology Contract position. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience in urology, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to urology patients.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions using critical thinking.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- Prioritize patient care based on clinical needs.
- Identify and escalate potential patient safety concerns.
- Accurately document patient care in Epic EMR and support quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- BSN required.
- Active New York State RN License.
- BLS Certification.
- Minimum 2 years of Urology nursing experience (Required).
- Must have Ambulatory Care experience.
- Must have Prostate Procedure experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Travel Nursing experience.
