Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Assist residents in improving their ability to perform activities of daily living.

Monitor and document resident progress toward therapy goals.

Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and families.

Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and safety strategies.

Help create positive rehabilitation outcomes that enhance residents' quality of life.

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Current Pennsylvania COTA license.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.
