Volunteer Orthodontics is looking for a talented, motivated Orthodontist to join our team in Nashville, TN. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and develop comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Deliver a full range of orthodontic care, including traditional braces, clear aligners, and other appliances.
- Conduct new patient exams, records reviews, and consultations.
- Monitor treatment progress and make timely adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with and mentor clinical staff to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Build lasting relationships with patients and families through clear communication and a positive chairside manner.
- Uphold all clinical protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an accredited postdoctoral orthodontic residency program.
- Active (or eligibility for) a Tennessee dental license.
- Board certification or board-eligible status preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, efficiency, and a commitment to exceptional patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
