What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
- Guiding patients through therapeutic exercise programs and treatment interventions.
- Providing encouragement, education, and support throughout the recovery process.
- Monitoring patient progress and communicating updates to the Physical Therapist.
- Documenting treatments accurately and efficiently within the EMR system.
- Collaborating with the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Supporting a positive, professional, and patient-focused clinic culture.
- Maintaining ethical, legal, and compliant documentation and billing practices.

- Four longer workdays and one shorter workday
- Five traditional 8-hour shifts
Clinic Hours
- Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- No on-call responsibilities
