Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial offices, hotels, or other facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry services, and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas by organizing supplies and ensuring trash removal and waste disposal are completed efficiently.
- Assist with janitorial duties including restroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, and replenishing supplies to uphold health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly attitude.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Support housekeeping management with inventory checks of cleaning supplies and equipment maintenance.
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred.
- Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care (including polishing and waxing), and sanitation practices.
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and handling household or hotel linen is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
